Ok so I put on a lb this week, takes me to 194, not good.

I figure I need to give up the coke completely rather than trying to pace it so I have a raging sore head at the moment.

Other than that my weak points seem to be evening/late afternoons, so I'm going to try having a slightly bigger lunch and smaller dinner.

Cold seems to be going away so hopefully I'll do better on the exercise next week.

I started the week at 245 lbs. and ended at 244. I didn't get to my goal of 242 lbs., but I'll take it. It's getting harder and harder to get out and ride these days, so I guess it's time to get that trainer for the winter. We've had our first couple days of snow this past weekend.

Goal for this week:

Ride 100 Km.
Loose 2 lbs.

Start - 244 lbs.
End - 242 lbs.

See you all next week!

John

I am still loosing weight, be cool to loose it faster but I will be happy as long as it is going down.

Last monday: 221
This morning: 219

Goal for this week is to get down to 215(same goal I had last week LOL). I plan on commuting at least 4 days this week and between commuting and extra rides after work and on the weekend I plan on 125 - 150 miles this week. I am also still watching my calories going in.

What a week.... I rode a lot of miles this week for only losing three pounds. I rode 50 miles a week ago Sunday in the Baltimore TourDuPort, and then 100 this past Saturday in the Seagull Century plus two weeknight rides in between of 25 and 16. Big mileage weeks don't always add up to lots of weight loss I see.

But most of all this week.... is that I met two huge goals for myself. I joined this weight loss challenge for the first time during the second week in August and I wrote for my goals then to finish the Seagull Century in October and to be under 150lbs. I accomplished both goals with lots of room to spare. I actually finished two metric centuries and two 100 miles centuries during this period. So I feel very accomplished this morning as I write this.

However, knowing me. I need to quickly establish some new goals because historically this is when I begin to slip. After a big goal I have often let it slide backward. So this time I'm setting my sights for a early Spring Century and some smaller intermediate goals in between.

For this week, I plan to drink more water and get some resistance training in too.

Current Weight = 237
Last Week = 240
Lost = 3lbs

Current Weight 269; down 5 pounds since my last post. I'm a little over half way to my goal of 185. I'm adding more fat free milk to my diet and plan on adding swimming two days per week to my routine.

Weighed in today at 242, up 1 1/2 lbs from two weeks ago. Too much cake and ice cream over the weekend. Rode 36 miles on Saturday in the Tour De Livingston. Goal for the week is to try again to get below 240 and to get in at least 20 miles on the weekend

The Bee is definitely having tourble lately with food. Hopefully having a Project Assignment (I start on Monday) will help get my eating back on track!! I looked at the scale and it's not pretty!! So i just thoguht I would check in here - and atleast be honest.

So time to get honest - and ask myself some tough questions about the food. Need to find other things to do!

So luckily I am off to work on Monday after having been basically project free since end of August. Hopefully that will get me back on a schedule, back eating Subway...and working out.

I am worth it... I have worked too hard to go back to over eating.

OK - that's it - just coming to the thread to check in. I am sorry it's not better news.

Sue
