    I had a pretty good week. Down 3 lbs. I seem to be in a mini slump, however, as I've been at the same 241 for about 3 days. It's getting harder to get out and ride because of weather and daylight.

    Start of week: 244 lbs.
    End of week: 241 lbs.

    Goal for next week: Lose 2 lbs.
    End of week goal: 239 lbs.

    Back down to 240. No riding or working out last weekend. I found out last Tuesday that I have an 8 month old grandson and spent Saturday with him and my son. Sunday helped a friend do some home remodeling. Goal for this week is to hit 238 and get back on my bike

    Well it could be worse...at 180. I admit it....Now in Hosuton.
    Food is better than at home ( I think) theonly thing to do here at night seems to behang inhotel, hit my favorite haunt (Subway) or a great restaurant. Sicne I don't want to spend a ton ofmoney - Subway seems to be my best dinner choice. So maybe this will be good for me and my eating issues....

    OK Here it is:
    Mon - Fly to H ouston
    Tues - Treadmill 30-40
    Wed - Run/walk 30 on treadmill I did it!!
    Thursday - Get up early and grab the bike in the gym (seems to be popular)
    Fly home
    Friday - Bike?
    Sat & Sun - 1 Long and 1 shorter ride.... must find a charity ride or something.

    been crappy weather on the days that I was available to ride... but still going down slowly..

    Ok, I'll play! Since this is my first posting, here are the stats.

    Using the nice scale at Publix Market...

    Started Sept 1st @ 310
    Currently @ 275

    This week I lost one pound???? Couldn't accept that so I weighted again the next morining, and was down another 4 pounds in 12 hours! Huh??? Strange, but i'll take it. Going for the same as always, 5 pounds this week... Hope to be in the 260's by Saturday!

    that is normal. if you go to sleep and dont eat in the am and weigh yourself you will be 3 to 4lbs lighter.

    Down to 266 this week. I've lost 90 pounds and am over half way to my goal of 185! Hope I don't hear Rocky Top too much Saturday. Roll Tide!!!
