Ankle warmers. Cut the elastic portion of some old rag wool socks and add them to your ankles - the blood is closest to the skin there. I recently wore a hole in the heel a pair of hefty wool socks and they're now ankle warmers. Works for the wrists too, same reasoning, if your hands are cold.
