    OK My weight is ok - not as scary as i have seen it lately...180. Today I hit the gym for a 3 mile run. Why does that seem harder than a 100 mile bike ride???

    OK - Goals - Drink more water and less food. Hit Subway on Wed evening....

    Tues - Run! and Weights - YAY
    Wed - Bike/Elliptical
    Thurs - Run and Weights
    Fri - Ride
    Sat & Sun- Away for weekend with new guy (who knew?) and likely hiking in the woods....

    OOPs!! I gained a pound. Went from 241 lbs. to 242 lbs. I had strep throat and the Dr. ordered me to drink a lot of fruit juices. That's always been my downfall. Also, I didn't have a chance to ride much - just 51 Km. this week.

    Next Week:

    Start 242 lbs.
    End 239 lbs.
    Ride - 100 Km.

    I have to get off the plateau.

    OK Gang - Where is everyone? Cme on in and report in on your goals for the week. This travelling must be good for me -dropped 3 lbs since Monday - YAY!! I went running - 3 miles...OY VEY! and did another intense cardio day and weights after the run.

    ANyho hope I am able to be sane this weekend - as I am going away and am a bit nervous about it - so hopefully wll not eat too badly.

    Hope eveyone is doing well. Back away from the candy.

    Had a great week ! Lost 7 lbs! Thats good.I may need to have my Gallbladder removed.Thats BAD! Havn't eaten much more that toast and white rice and a banana or so since Sunday. But I'm down to 255.2.

    Down to 241 this am... Still slow, but I have made some changes on my diet that might speed things up some..
