i did the horizontal slide

i have been trying to take advantage of the last of the pretty weather. well it rained here all day until 3:00 pm i looked at the weather and told my boss we have a small window of opportunity. so i went home grabbed my bike and we met at the greenway entrance. we had a great ride it was wet but not bad. 2 miles before we got back the rain started. still not uncomfortable until i hit the wooden bridge with a 90 degree turn in it. i made the turn but when i straitened out down she came. looked like something in slow motion. well i made the same ride today but i did take it a little slower in that turn this time. no carnage to speak of twisted a brifter and the handle bars. feeling a little sore in my left elbow and right wrist but i will live.
