OK YAY Back down 1.5 lbs!! Yahoo. Nothing like a weekend away with the new guy to help cut down on the eating.

So last week I ran 3 miles one day and did weights
- did the mean stepper machine for 30 and 30 elliptical
Hikng over the weekend.....no biking. Strange that - but decided to go away without the bikes - it was a nice change..

So time to keep on - Drink a ton of water and cu back on the Diet Coke!! Lay off the Concierge lounge appetizers
On the plane now to Houston and will take advantage of the nice gym at the Hotel:

Mon: Run 3 miles tonight any speed - Just Do it! Then hit Subway.
Tues: stair stepper 30/30 elliptical... weights at night? Subway
Wed: Run 3 miles
Thursday - Bike machine/ weights
Friday - Bike ride 20 milesish
Saturday - 50 mile ride
Sunday 20 mile ride

238lbs today, finaly broke out of the 240's. Goals for the week, no diet cola, no cookies and crackers while watching football on Sunday. Clean up my road bike for the year and take out the Trek 7.3 for a ride on Sunday. Walk at least 2 miles every night. Aiming for 235 next Monday.

Good job WorldSport. I, unfortunately have been stuck in the low 240's for a couple of weeks. It didn't help that I've been on the road and eating in restaurants lately. I didn't lose any weight this week. I didn't gain any either, but I was hoping for more.

Started this Week: 242
Ended this Week: 242

Goal for next week is to ride more, or train (indoor trainer) more and get under that 240 mark.

Started at 303 about 10 weeks ago.

11.2.09-282.4 lbs

Regrettably, I was up 0.8 lbs from last Monday. I WILL ride more this week!
