I'm having a small problem. I've been doing between 5-10 miles after work in 20 - 40 minutes and my legs are hurting pretty bad during the ride. I can only pedal around 30-40 seconds before they feel like they are on fire. It's not some bad kind of pain, but it's the feeling like they have exerted all the energy they can and they just need a break. When i get home my legs feel a bit tired but within 1-2 hours they feel fine again. I know I'm not riding that far and I'm only averaging around 13 MPH on somewhat flat/hilly roads. Anyone know if my diet can be affecting this? I would think after the last 11 days riding daily 5-13 miles each day that my legs would start to last a bit longer.. maybe I'm just expecting things to happen too quick?
