HECK YES!!! I can't wait to join you .

My wife asked what I wanted for Christmas this year, and my only reply was "to never see a "3" in the front of my weight again!"

yes it has been a major barrier...I just started making better food choices, cut coffee and diet pop and started drinking green tea...and the motivator...The Biggest Loser...I realized I had been lazy...eating whatever was available no matter how processed or how crappy. Now I make a conscience effort to plan what to eat and make the effort, no matter how crappy the weather has been, to get moving, whether it is splitting wood, working around the house, getting on the trainer, working out with Jillian or walking at lunch.
