I still can't seem to get back to 2 lbs. lost a week, but, at least, I'm still going in the right direction.

Beginning of Week - 238 lbs.
End of Week - 237 lbs.

This weeks goal - 235 lbs.

It'll be a tough week as I'll be on the road most of the week. I'll be working the fitness room at the hotel, but there won't be any riding till next weekend, and then only if winter has not set in too badly. It seems as though whatever the exercise routine, when I'm eating in restaurants, I always gain weight. Hoping for a better outcome this week.

I'm no doctor, but that sounds like a pretty big gallbladder...

I tought I posted - Oh well. Big News form the Bee. Lost 3 lbs accoridng to Mom's scale (I believe it). I am training with the new beau to do a half-Ironman. 13 miles running. Oy Vey! Anyway last week I did alot of running and swimming and a spin class. Went to visit my parents who are on Atkins...which I am not endorsing if you workout alot- but it means there was not alot of food around. So voila 3 lbs.

Monday - Travel
Tuesday - Run 4 miles woo hoo 42 minutes and 40 seconds but who's counting?
Wednesday - Spin 45 and run 1 mile....just to see what a Tri is like....
Thursday - Maybe run at hotel (We are off on a family trip this weekedn to buy furniture for my first home ever!)
Friday - Run 4 miles in the AM Walk around Furniture shopping. Do a few squats when no one is looking.
Saturday - Same as Friday while repeating I love My Family!
Sunday - Hmmmm...cook dinner for friends and family - bnot oo much working out there either.

Update Thursday OK So I just weighed myself at home- after eating salty popcorn last night and am up like 7 lbs from my weigh in at mom's so oh dear!!! I have been running.lifting, spinning, swimming, eating Subway.... what gives******************************I thought I was getting skinnier... OH DEAR!

Thanks. I am about 5' 11" tall and weigh about 340/50ish. I need to lose about 160/70ish pounds to be at my ideal weight.

Going to lay off of the sunflower seeds, after the bag I have is gone, but lord knows I love them, and have already laid off of a lot of the caffinated soda's and have reduced my intake of soda all together. But I can not stand the taste of any diet soda. Going to eat at home more often or take food with me to eat at work for breakfast and lunch.

Starting next Monday I am going back to the local Y.

My goal right now is to be in good enough shape to compete and finish, within the alloted time a race called Race Across the West, or RAW, which is the baby brother of Race Across America, RAAM in 2011.

I have the worst possible job for gaining weight. I sit on my ass behind a computer for 40 hours a week.

I weigh on Saturdays due to another challenge - so I'll be first in I guess

Starting: 393.5 (11/28)
Today: 385.25
Loss: 8.25lbs / 2.09%

Been a great week, I'll take it. Some warmer weather would sure be nice, now that I have a shower at work being able to take long rides before work rocks.. but I just need the weather to do them without frostbite .

Will post goals for next week on Monday.

Been watching the Dr Oz show. A month ago, he had a "meat and potatoes" cowboy on. Challenged him to a 28 day vegan diet. So I thought, "I can do that". Today is day 28. I've gone form 221 to 210.5. Yes, I had NO turkey for Thanksgiving.
Was a 28 day commitment, but as they say, "Nothing as permanent as a temporary wall". I'd doing so well, going to stay on it a bit longer.
