Just checking in.

I just wanted to stop in and let all my Clyde friend know that I am still around. Life has been busy, and riding is sort of taking a back seat right now. Part of it is because I'm being a wimp about getting out in the Oregon weather, but part is just because I have other things going on that I need to take care of. I did make it into the gym last week to see the personal trainer. I found out that I had only put 3 pounds back on without losing any muscle. She stated me on a strength building routine that had me hurting for a few days afterward, but at least I'm headed back in the right direction.

Hey HP, been wondering where ya were. Good to hear from you.

It's a busy time of year and the transition of the mind set to riding in icky weather takes some time.

Hey Jeff, good to hear from you. I understand completely I have been a wimp also, but I did get lucky and pick up a trainer for $40.00 on CL the other day. It is a Cycle-ops Wind trainer.....lets just say it is a good thing I live alone. Have you posted your 2010 goals yet? I haven't checked to see yet. Are you planing on doing the STP? It is one of my goals and it would be fun to ride it with other Clydes.
Happy Holidays....Ugghh finals -Chuck
