    I've done pretty well this week, I got about 30 miles in on the trainer, and managed to lose another 5 pounds. I'm getting used to the diet and am not really hungry (except right around mealtime) though i may be getting to few calories, should fine out more on the 22nd.

    Lost 4.5 lbs, down to 228 on Monday. Really watching what I eat especially on the weekends. Goal for next week is to be at 225

    The rainest city in the US has already set a new record for December! Riding has taken a back seat to lifting and running. Current weight 250 for a total loss of 106 pounds. Keep the faith!

    Must post - weight is up and i am not too happy. Started today off right with a galss fo cran water form an old diet plan. Have a blister I am tryign to heal and may toake today off.

    So I will ppost agin for tomorrow with new golas for a new week. Today's goals:
    1) have B, L,d
    2) Do not eat any cheese
    3) Eat healthy.

    Clean the house - and be ready for company. Relax and enjoy being with me.

    Arrgh!! Gained a lb. this week. Averaged over 20 hr. work days, no time for exercise or sleep, eating out because of business travel. I've got to retire - again.

    Start this week - 237 lbs.
    Goal - 235
