My New Diet Video, Will It Sell ???

I really got to get back to eating right! Maybe this will motivate a few of us to resume good eating habits!

Do as I suggest, not as I do!

Hey, I have a new diet fad for you! It's based on the intake of massive amounts of fiber. Then, because your digestive system will be moving so fast, you can eat whatever you want because your body will not have enough time to absorb the calories. You want cheese cake? No problem! All that's left to do is write the book and watch it hit the best seller list! Science, schmience.
