Biggest Loser 2009 Participants (so far....Come on in!)
As of Tuesday morning I was down 7 pounds this week. I am putting in some quality time on the trainer and my wife actually bought me a new bike today that should be here either next week or after the first of the year. So I'll be putting slicks on my new cross bike that she bought, and putting my knobies back on my mountain bike. Very happy about the whole situation.
