Wow, nice views! I hope to someday do a tour myself! How long do you spend on the trainer. With some intervals, I don't do more than 40-45 minutes.

indeed. I think I'll get out tomorrow and try my luck on the snow covered MUP for a "recovery" ride.

Varies depending on what I'm doing, but not more than 1h15m. This one was a short TT... total time of around 40 minutes... kicked my arse.

As an odd observation.. this is the most viewed video I've ever posted on Youtube.

Given, shots of my dog doing stupid stuff or tubin' in Ohio are not all that exciting, but holy smokes, watching someone ride a trainer??

must have been a slow week... almost 200 views since Tuesday. Not exactly Pants on the Ground, but strange I thinks none the less.

If you put a fan in front of yourself while on the trainer, is it harder to pedal, like going into a headwind?
