Easton ea70 wheelsets?
I have a 2006 LeMond Chambery Bontrager Race wheels and just learned my rear wheel is cracked. I had the bike for 1 1/2 years and these were the stock rims. I know the LBS that is servicing my bike has Easton wheel set and was wanting info on the Easton ea70 wheelset. I am 225 pounds and ride on back roads some of which are rough and have railroad tracks. looking for feedback

I have a set of Easton EA90 SL wheels. Been riding on them for a little over a year (4500mi?). When I got them I was around 200lbs, now down to 165-170. I ride on quite a few rough roads, have slammed them into potholes at full speed, and generally treat them like cheap replaceable wheels (which they are: I got a smokin' deal on them). I've adjusted the preload on each hub once. Checked them for true a couple of times, but so far they're just as solid as the day I bought them. Easton doesn't have weight limits on any of their wheels, BTW.
I would expect the EA70s to be just as solid as my EA90s, just a little bit heavier.

The LBS talked me into buying Mavic Ksyrium Equipe wheel set. They said they were bombproof and would hold up to my 6'4" 230lbs frame. I sure hope they are right.
