Well my favorite pair of corduroy jeans just got retired last week. Since I became a serious bike commuter and committed myself to losing weight, my thighs have been growing.
I have lost about 35 pounds in the last year, but my thighs have grown so much that I am starting to wear out the crotches in some of my favorite pants. I realize that muscle growth is a good thing and lets me know I am stronger, but my legs are still fat too.
Does anybody have any tips or tricks on how to shed some of the weight from my inner thighs so I can wear out my pants the old fashioned way?
