Best buy has some of the most horrible customer service ever. I've been calling around trying to find an Edge 305 and if I'm lucky if I even get someone on the phone after waiting 10+ minutes. Then the person who answers the phone opens a web browser, goes to bestbuy.com, doesn't see the edge 305 listed so they tell me they don't have it. Then I ask them to do a physical check of their store at which point they transfer me around to different departments with no one answering the phone. Out of the 10-15 best buys I've called so far I was only able to get 3 to do an actual physical check to see if they have the edge 305. One store had it, but for $169.99.
