Congratulations! That's impressive! I have hopes of doing a century before the year is out but still have a ways to go. Your story provides inspiration!

keep on riding, eat well and the weight will come off. 100 mile will come but getting there from being on the couch watching TV, to and active lifestyle makes it just awesome!

Kudos for the 100! Mas Kudos for losing the 86 pounds! I lost 46 3 years ago and plan on losing the same this year and riding my first MS150. I hope I can have the same commitment level!

Great work Sir! This is a first year goal for me as well! But, the clock hasn't even had a chance to tick...yet two more inches of snow due tonight.

Stuff to look forward too!

Awesome job........ I can only imagine the great feeling.

My goal is a MS ride Milwaukee to Madison Wisconsin in early August. Double metric century. This is a supported overnighter. My longest so far is a 25 miler by myself. I do have a buddy at work that is a returning to cycling. He has done this ride a few times and said it is so fun. The only bad thing he says is when a Clyde on a Walmart Mountain bike hammers by you like you are going backwards

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.
