Bravo! Well done.
Bravo! Well done.
Congratulations! That's impressive! I have hopes of doing a century before the year is out but still have a ways to go. Your story provides inspiration!
Please consider supporting my ride with the Louisiana MS Bike Tour on Oct 2nd!

Congrats! A great accomplishment.

Congrats, I am sure when you set that goal you questioned yourself a bit, but nice job following through!
WOW !!! - My hero........sniff, sniff.....
Seriously though, this is amazing and inspiring, I just completed 25 miles and now aiming for 50 and beyond. I have set August 1 as my date to ride 100 miles

Goals for 2011
1. Weight from 240lbs to 190lbs
2. Ride 2,000 miles for the year
3. Walk and ride 3 times per week
4. Get my waiste down to 36"
5. No soda, elimanate as much refined sugars as possible
keep on riding, eat well and the weight will come off. 100 mile will come but getting there from being on the couch watching TV, to and active lifestyle makes it just awesome!
Great Job! I can see you are appropriately proud!
Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.
Kudos for the 100! Mas Kudos for losing the 86 pounds! I lost 46 3 years ago and plan on losing the same this year and riding my first MS150. I hope I can have the same commitment level!
WTG but you really do need clipless, just looks funny to see platforms on a roadbike...lol
Best thing about cycling is when I'm at work I'm thinking of cycling, when I'm cycling I'm thinking about cycling.
Congrats! What an accomplishment! Lovely bike, btw.
Great work Sir! This is a first year goal for me as well! But, the clock hasn't even had a chance to tick...yet two more inches of snow due tonight.
Stuff to look forward too!

Congratulations sir, you are an inspiration.
That first picture w/the optic jacket is that of a BICYCLIST!
Awesome job........ I can only imagine the great feeling.
My goal is a MS ride Milwaukee to Madison Wisconsin in early August. Double metric century. This is a supported overnighter. My longest so far is a 25 miler by myself. I do have a buddy at work that is a returning to cycling. He has done this ride a few times and said it is so fun. The only bad thing he says is when a Clyde on a Walmart Mountain bike hammers by you like you are going backwards
CONGRATS!!! Awesome job man!

on light duty due to illness; please contact my assistants for forum issues. They are Siu Blue Wind, or CbadRider or the other 3 star folk. I am currently at home recovering from a couple of strokes. I am making good progress, happily.

That's a heck of an achievement.
Well done, that man.
