Dealing with Carb Cravings?
I have been losing weight for the last 7 months since I finished my masters' degree and got a job that allows me to be more active. Lately I've kicked the weight loss into high gear by starting to commute by bike. Right now while my body gets used to the trip the weight is really dropping off. I'm now lighter than I was when I began my masters'. However, when I get home I am having HUGE carb and protein (but especially carb) cravings and have been cleaning out the kitchen in the evenings. It hasn't stopped my weight loss, but I know that later on it might. My body is mostly pretty good at causing me to crave things I need (I get cravings for foods I don't even like), and I know that my consumption will go up with more intense exercise, but does anyone have any tips for dealing with the whole get home and just want to eat a loaf of bread thing?
