My weekend. Let me tell you about it.
It was AWESOME! GA has had an unusually cold winter but this past weekend was incredible. High in the mid 60's both Saturday and Sunday and sunny. Not a cloud in the sky.
On Saturday, My buddy and I did a 32 mile ride through some rural parts of South Atlanta (Peachtree City/Fayetteville) area. We got lost but eventually found our way back and in the process found a really nice route that we'll be taking again. I can tell spin class is really helping me as we climbed a long hill and at the top, I was ready to go while my buddy had to stop and catch his breath and get some water.
On Sunday, My wife and I along with 2 friends did a 22 mile ride on the Silver Comet Trail. It was packed with cyclists, runners and families taking a stroll. It was really nice. If you live in the Atlanta area, you really owe it to yourself to ride on the Silver Comet Trail.
Here's a pic of me from the Silver Comet Trail:
Can't wait till Spring! I'm registered to ride the 62 mile course in the Tour de Cure in May. I think I'll be ready. Can't wait!

I can attest to the beautiful weather. I was in Atlanta until Sunday morning. Saturday was great, too bad I was trapped in a meeting all day. All I got was 30 minutes on the exercise bike in the hotel workout room.
Sounds like you had a great ride.
