Well guys this was my first race event of the year, It was a great event but i was a little disappointed with my legs on the last 2 mile run. Lungs were good but the legs/back just felt like a mess (cramping,etc). Next event its on like donkey kong!! i started calorie counting now as i'm just working out way to hard to "eat what i want, as long as i workout" ..I'd love to have a Top 20 finish in 2010 at something haha .. My first lap on the bike was probably too much (avg'd around 19-20) and i need to pace myself better. i did catch and passed a bunch of the faster runners on the bike..but dang that last run negated it all! hahah
Oh and while it's not the most important thing.. being a decent way from last place is A NICE!!! hahah
Here's to catching them sleeping as a Clydesdale/Athena... and to getting faster while losing the weight!
