Long Hard Winter-But Clyde no more

Since the beginnng of Oct I dropped 50 lbs and worked hard at getting my strength up.
I have just hit 199 lbs and last week rode outside again since last fall. It felt like flying in comparrison to last year.
I still have about 15 lbs to go for my goal, but appreciate this forum and the inspiration everyone provides thru it.
I have always been, and will always be a clyde at heart and will keep part of this BF.
Have a great spring and summer.

WTG I'm right behind you at 205lbs and would also like to get to 180 by end of summer. It sure makes a difference with 35 less pounds to haul up the hills eh!

Awesome!

I went from 265 down to 170 by running 6 miles a day, then I hurt my knee and I'm back up to 240!

Oh well, just getting back into cycling, weight should come off somewhat quickly now.

Congrats!
