So, I go the dentist yesterday.....

After my 6 month check up, I got out of the chair and started walking toward the front desk. The dentist grabbed my arm and told me that I look good. She asked me if I lost weight and told me that I look fit. I lost 30 lbs last year, but gained about 7 since the last time she saw me. I told her I've been riding my bike....a lot. Then the very attractive hygienist grabbed my other arm and thanked me for coming. They both kind of lingered. Totally weird....normally they rush to their next appointment. I felt pretty good as I left. When I got home I had an e-mail from the dentist office asking me to fill out a customer satisfaction survey. Go figure.... I think they laid it on a little thick because of the survey. Then again, maybe not. At any rate, it felt good to get complimented.

Take the compliments where ever you can get them. My pharmacist told me today that I must be doing a lot of riding because I'm looking really skinny. I think it's because I shaved my beard off since the last time I was up there, but who am I to argue with her opinion?
