If Just For One Day
I can say I'm a clyde no more, stepped on the scale and saw 199 even! It's been a lot of hard work but worth it all. I have a two day event coming up in June where you ride from Ottawa Ontario, the capital city of Canada, to Kingston Ontario, the first capital city of Upper Canada, on Saturday and back to Ottawa on the Sunday. I'm working at getting to 190lbs for that. My origional goal was 200 by my BD on June 17th so I'm pretty pumped about going under 200 now!

It is an interesting ride, it's capped at 2500 riders and sells out quick. You stay at dorms at Carelton University on the Friday night if you wnt, ride 177km to Kingston, stay in dorms at Queens University then head back to Ottawa on Sunday.
