I got one last year. Considering I'm allergic to penecillin and don't like the MedicAlert, I thought it'd be a good idea.

I need to do this. Type 1 diabetic here. I carry a card in my saddle bag with my ID, but I think this would be much better.
Thanks for the reminder.

Got one for Christmas, and it means a lot to my family that I wear it regularly. Thanks for offering up the discount coupon.

if you already have yours do you wear it only on the bike or has it become a fashion statement to wear all the time?

I have the ankle band model with online info. I only wear it when I ride. I try to keep the info as current as possible.

Testimonial! Guy should have saved his money and invested in a safe riding book!

"Last Monday, I was on mile 18 of a 21 mile ride. With the green light and in my aero bars at 22 mph a car turned directly into me. I had no time to react. I flew over the hood of the car."

I have the dog tag version. Never take it off. The little rubber gasket that goes around it? Glows in the dark. How cool is that?

They sent me one and misspelled something on it. I called them up and they sent me another plate for free (and fast). So the tag with the misspelling, I ran my helmet straps through it and have it on my helmet and my wrist.

Great company. If you follow them on twitter, I believe they have occasional coupon codes, too.

I am curious how many use the online/call in/subscription version vs the old purchase one time version?

Mine is the online version. It seemed better to update when something changes instead of ordering a new tag. Plus you can put so much more information online.

Great company, great product. I have the dog tag and wear it all the time. If you're on Facebook they have a fan page. They have contests, cycling updates and funny stuff.

I have the older version. I wear it when on the bike and sometimes when participating in other potentially hazardous sports.

Thanks for the reminder. My old one is too large and I needed to get a new one - needed because I just, five minutes ago, ordered a new one. I may upgrade to the Elite (interactive) when I get a job.

Sorry, I'm not getting the point. What did the rider do that was wrong?

I carry self-made emergency info cards in my wallet and pocket. But this sounds like a better idea since the info is not exposed to anyone in case I lose the cards.

I'll probably wear mine all the time: walking and driving in NYC is pretty dangerous, also when hiking etc.
