Fat in the Saddle Again...

Er... Umm... I mean - Back in the Saddle Again

Medical issues for about 8 months, with three meds that all have weight gain as possible side effects. *sigh* Gained 52 lbs, which took me above 250, again. In recovery now, and able to lead a relatively active life again. Slow, steady progress is once more on the agenda.

Hope all are doing well these days.

Bunch of us here are also dealing with medical issues. Sounds like you have a good attitude and you'll do fine in the long term. Keep your head up and keep plugging away......that's all you can do. Keep us posted.
