I followed my eating plan closer this week, only "cheated " a couple of times. Went to the gym and worked out / hit the treadmill 3 times and went walking on a local trail. Didn't get on the real bike (wait for collective gasps) but intend to this week.

Week 19 - 324 lbs. - Start
Week 20 - 328 lbs.
Week 21 - 321 lbs.
Week 22 - 318 lbs.
Week 23 - 315 lbs.

My goal for next week is 310 lbs. I seem to be losing by threes, but I'm going to try to stick to my plan and ride the bike too.

I have been really bad at keeping up on this...but I just weighed in at 223. IF I remember correctly, thats down 5 pounds since last weigh in. I think it helps that over the past 2 weeks I have ridden nearly 350 miles. Hooray for nice riding weather.

Goals:

Continue riding as much as possible
No eating out on Lunch (I have been doing great for this...havent been to a McD's or the like in at least 4 months)
Generally watch how much I eat

Seems like we missed a week or two...I was starting to wonder what happened to the challenge. Well, we have a couple of weeks to fill in, so here are my numbers:

March 01, 2010 285.0
March 08, 2010 280.6
March 15, 2010 277.4
March 22, 2010 274.8
March 29, 2010 273.2
April 5, 2010 275.4
April 12, 2010 272.0
April 19, 2010 271.6
April 25, 2010 266.8
May 2, 2010 265.0
May 10, 2010 261.6
May 17, 2010 260.0 (projected: 258)
May 24, 2010 258.8(projected: 256) -- that was depressing.
May 31, 2010 258.6 -- Are you freaking kidding me??
June 07, 2010 255.4 -- FINALLY.
June 14, 2010 252.0

I think my body has a secret plan to "slingshot" through the 250's sort of like you'd time a stoplight at the bottom of a hilll. Kinda just hang out at 260 for as long as possible waiting for the ligth to turn green then when it finally does, zip right through and get through the 250's within 3 weigh-ins. We'll see how that goes

Anyway, 2.4 more lbs and I'm at the halfway point. Diet is good, riding is good; no problem continuing this through the summer. I think 220 by, hmm...beginning of September?
