Upgrades and milage increase

Beginning my third week of returning to riding this week . I sold two yard sale bikes for some profit. So I did some upgrades on my old raleigh hybred. I replaced the old tires with some more road use type tires. I added a stem riser to raise handlebars 4" had to replace the cables. I am now up to making the outer loop were I am riding now 7.6 miles plus cruzing around the park . So I'm making proggress
