I figured that it would work the way you say. I do need more seat time for sure. And doing any exercise is better than nothing I guess. I know that they aren't a substitute for the real thing though. I would rather be riding the roads, but my area isn't really good for that. I have to carry the bike somewhere better to ride, at least until I get better at riding anyway. I make a very good target for cars at the moment, lol.

Rode 5 miles again this morning. It seems to be getting better. My behind is getting more used to the saddle!!
