10 weeks in and I'm averaging a little under 1.5 pounds a week. I'm quite pleased. :D

I haven't been below 225 since 10th or 11th grade (I'm 25). If I keep this pace up, I'll be below that before the end of the year.

I took off the excess weight (and then some) gained from all the partying. I had a rough week with a lot of mechanical problems that slowed down what should have been a really high-mileage week. I'm hoping that I can manage to get out for 25-35 mile rides every day for the remainder of the week so that I can finally hit the 500/month mark. I really want to see my weight get down into the 30_ range, because from there it's just a short jaunt to 29_. It's like it's so close I can taste it.

Still hanging in there this week with keeping it off....sort of. I hit a new low last Friday but packed a few back on since then. Hanging out in the mid 260's is good for me, I feel thin.

This is post wedding and after wedding picnic and my girlfriends cooking. Still much work to do. Went for a great ride the other day with my brother, and even if my weight is slowly improving (or getting worse as week 6, and so far this week shows), my fitness is improving. He's looks like he's in much better shape then I am, but on the long gradual climbs I actually dropped him once (I didn't even realize this). After the long ascent we visited the local state park where his friends worked, cooled off, refilled the water bottles, and took the long decent. I'll tell you what, the ride down could have been much more fun if it weren't for the awful condition of the roads. PA has me spoiled.
