am i a clydesdale

Well little over 10 months ago I wieghed 382 and was a clyesdale I now wiegh 208 if I losse 9 more pounds will I still be a clydesdale. Im thinking once a clydesdale allways a clydesdale.

Are you 6' or taller, than you will always be clyde based on height. But, regardless even in you are shorter and dip below 200 we will still welcome you here and call you "clyde" if you like.

That's an insane amount of weight to lose in a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Congrats. I'm sure it was probably diet and exercise that did it but could you share your exact method? That really is an accomplishment and I'm sure it took a lot mentally.
