Hello

It's been awhile since I have posted in this forum. And because of my lack of posting, I've gained another 30+ lbs again. I've been riding but not at a healthy frequency. I pretty much suck.

With that said, is it okay if I ask you all for guidance?

I rode the stationary tonight for 30 minutes tonight. I feel better now. Provided I do not have to travel this weekend, I want to put in some miles on my Kona Dew. We will see what I do during the week on the stationary. I will provide the stationary miles as an update this week. I think I will use this thread as a bench mark.

If I don't post will I gain? If I post more will I lose more?

I do know what you mean, when I'm not riding much for whatever reason I don't post here much.

Welcome back.
