Worktime workouts

Many of you may know that I started a new job recently. One of the big benefits is that the equipment showroom is also the employee gym when we're off the clock. I can't wait to start kicking my own arse on this thing tomorrow morning.

Nope; it's SportsArt Fitness. They actually used to OEM for Precor in the 90s, then decided to capitalize on their own name instead. Most of our installations are gym and medical (PT clinic) based, but we do have a residential line of equipment. There's a mix of stuff in the showroom/gym, but we're fortunate enough to have some things like the Pinnacle S770 and the commercial grade ellipticals and recumbents, so I can start working out on those even though I can't yet spend time on my regular bikes.
I can't wait to get back to bike commuting, since SA has showers and promotes bike commuting. There are at least 4 other bike commuters in the group.
