How many of y'all have gym memberships? I just signed up to a new gym yesterday, and some would say it defeats the purpose of having a bike, but I think it's almost a necessity in the wintertime and something good to have around as a supplement to biking.
If you do go to a gym, what do you do with your time?
I'm going to try to go six days a week, for now where I do a weightlifting program including core work every other day, then cardio-only every other day. My new gym has a pool, so I plan to try to do some swimming.
I've been going to a gym for so long I'd feel kinda naked without a membership.
