286.80. I'm up 1.4 pounds.

I'm pretty sure this is from too much salty food this weekend. That, plus six pounds loss over the two previous weeks leads me to suspect water has something to do with it. It didn't help my only exercise this week was a short walk and a 5k Sunday.

Highest weight: 304.5 on 5/17/04

Skip ahead though multiple losses and gains to this April when I got serious:

04/05 - 264.5
04/12 - 262
04/19 - 259
04/26 - 258
05/03 - 257.5
05/10 - 252
05/17 - 252.5 (oops)
05/24 - 249 (Woo Hoo! Breaking 250 is a big milestone for me.)
05/31 - 246.5
06/07 - 245
06/14 - 242
06/21 - 241.5
06/28 - 238.5
07/05 - 236.5
07/12 - 234
07/19 - 236 (oops)
07/26 - 231.5
08/02 - 230
08/09 - 231 (oops)
08/16 - 226
08/21 (new weigh-in day) - 226 <damn!>
08/26 - 225.5
09/04 - 221.5
09/11 - 221.0
09/18 - 218.5
09/25 - 217
10/02 - 219 (oops)
10/09 - 224.5 (vacation - lots of Texas BBQ and pie)
10/16 - 217.5
10/23 - 217.5
10/30 - 215.5
11/06 - 218.5
11/13 - 215
11/20 - 214.5
11/27 - 213.5
12/04 - 211.5
12/11 - 208

I don't know how much of the last 2 weeks' loss is due to the change to WW new system, and how much is the increased gym activity, but I've surprised myself lately. This week was a big one for me - as I posted in another thread, I'm now officially "overweight" instead of "obese," according to BMI charts.

Not so good, but I know why. I have been so "off" lately. The weather is really affecting me, as is my home/family life. I know - excuses, excuses... I just need to get my head clear and get back on track. I know I can do it. I just need to work through a few things first.

This is the biggest gainer contest, right? I predict a reversal of this trend next week.

Non scale victory alert! I no longer feel squeezed in 46 inch waist jeans. My 48 and 50 are headed to Goodwill, unless someone here wants them.

One person has confidence in me. Thanks, Neil.

Just down. This may not be the week. I don't think it's gonna be epically awful, but not necessarily good, either. I think I got another point to make that might be better made in another thread.

Thanks Craig.

Congrats on getting below 212! Congrats on being overweight! It's been a couple of exciting weeks for you.

I was just looking the other day at where I need to be to "overweight". Not 2 days later, you made your post. I'm looking forward to joining you in the overweight category.

I'm looking forward to your 100 lbs. lost thread.
