Hey All, haven't been around in awhile, and been kind of off and on on the bike. I finally got back into a routine and have started to ride regularly again. Hopefully, I'll see some of this weight come off. I've had to start off slow with about 10 mile rides, and I was having to rest some then. My Friday ride was the first time I went all the way without coasting. Now I just need to stay at it.
