So I've been grinding away and am now down to 229.
I'm already back up to 50 milers with 25 miles of running.
Total weekly mileage:
25 miles running
2 hours on the rower
I went by the doc today and she gave me the bad news, sorta:
hypothyroidism caused by Hashimoto's disease
Pretty much my TSH levels are at 13.05 when they're suppose to be at 0.5-3.0.
So I am getting put on 0.05mg of Synthoid daily. Supposedly that will give me more energy, which has my wife terrified now based on my current workout load.
