I'm not personally familiar with any of them, so I can't offer an opinion on which specific bike would be best. But as far as getting a bike that will fit anyone from 5'-5" to 6'-0", you're going to have to compromise. All I could suggest is you go for a frame that would fit someone in the middle of that spread, with the certain knowledge that riders at the extreme ends of the spectrum are going to be riding a setup that is something less than ideal. If you know that it will be used more frequently by those at one end vs the other, you might choose a model/size that's on that side of the middle ground.
The only other suggestion would be a bike with a quick release at the seatpost, so saddle height can be changed easily on the run, but even there you might need to be careful. I've known too many QR seat post clamps that are prone to slipping, especially under the weight of Clyde/Athena riders. Plus they tend to encourage saddle thieves when the bike is parked and unattended.
