Although not on my Trek 8000, too much snow and its going to the shop for slicks and handlebar extensions.

I did put 6 miles on my Schwinn Airdyne. I will still do my 60 mins on the elliptical but wanted to start adding in something that would prepare me for spring and outdoor riding. I was surprised that it was still difficult, even with all the cardio I have been doing. Its a different workout and even 6 miles on this was a workout.
