Losing a Clyde....
 

No, I've not dropped below 200 lbs, I wish but not yet.

Instead I post this today to state that I have officially lost over 200 lbs, one entire Clyde. :)

Anyway, enough bragging, you folks have a great day and a wonderful weekend, get out there and ride.
