Pharmaceutical sales rep. I can't believe no ther drug reps have posted yet. I guess there aren't many of us left....and every quarter it seems like fewer and fewer. I sure do miss the 1990's.

Professional Chef at a Private University, the worst possible job for a 400 pound man. And the hours make biking tough, but I get it done.

By day I control an instrument on an earth orbiting environmental satellite - by night I teach meteorology and map interpretation/gps at the local community college.

I'm about to graduate in Forest Engineering. It has been a long process for me (started 10 years ago, then stopped a year and a half, got back for 2 years, stopped again and tried to come back to university twice before the good one - I hope!), and I am ending my last semester right now. I have worked as a junior forest management plans' evaluator for a Cree First Nation Council, then I worked a few years, 8 months a year, as a forest technician for a big silviculture company. Looooong days of repetitive work, but 95% of my time is spent outdoors, walking and doing field survey B-)
Since last summer, I am also wildland firefighter and crew boss in summer, and wondering if I'll specialized in fire behavior when I'll be done with my degree... or going back to forestry field work as a overeducated tech!

I'm an electrical engineer by training, and have spent most of my career working in research both as an individual contributor and as a manager. It's been an incredible amount of fun - I got paid to do what I would have happily done for free...

Bicycle mechanic in my teen years, then went to vocational college and was an auto body heavy collision repair specialist in the 1970s and mid-'80s, then in the late 1980s and early '90s I restored muscle cars and owned and operated a Toyota truck salvage yard.
Got into the motorcycle import business in 1991 and for 21 years now am the sole USA importer/distributor of an off-road motorcycle built in Spain. (Best part of my job is the three weeks I spend in Catalunya Spain every year)
Learned I.T. back in the early 1990s because I couldn't throw money at my numerous lazy web masters to get any of them motivated to do even the simplest things. So gave up trying and decided to do it myself.
Now I am web master for my company, my town, my town's festival, my state chapter of a vintage auto collector club, own my own server etc.
I am also a working and active partner in a tankless water heater import/distribution business.Yes, I live/work on the 'puter 12 to 14 hours per day.
- And I ride my Vintage Schwinn Paramounts to keep from going crazy.. - that is all....

Wow, all your jobs make me feel like a failure, lol.I'm a pet store associate. That's a fancy way of saying I'm a cashier at my local pet store. No money for college, so I'll be here a while, lol.

We were all (or at least most of us) there once. I buffed floors at the local grocery store all night for gas money during going to college.

Why? People have posted what they do for a living. It doesn't mean they are any good at it. I'll take a good cashier over a bad lawyer or doctor or engineer any day.
