Bikes: Had a Surly Cross Check - was totaled in recent accident. Sadly now just a Fuji Crosstown as a backup bike.

120lbs - gone - woot!

Hadn't made many updates clyde wise. I'm now 220lbs *down from 340*. I've take the weight off since last June. I'm now riding up to 70 miles and doing regular rides with roadies in town at around 19-20 mph for 30 miles - headed a pace line at 24 mph yesterday for a long stretch

I'm joining a local swim team (something unthinkable just a year ago), and have generally changed myself totally. I've dropped so far from a 54 pants size to a 38. Still looking for 30 more to come off - it is much slower now, but I keep my food journal up, and just make sure to eat less than 2200 calories a day, and so far so good

Things that have changed:
- Blood pressure (before 160/90 - now 120/65)
- Sleep Apnea - use to NEED a cpap - now I don't
- Pulse - Resting use to be high 80's low 90's - my resting pulse on my last doc visit was 48.

So keep after it everyone. Even though I mostly 'lurked' here - this forum was a great source of inspiration.

Thanks!
