I don't really know where i will stop. But this is the first time my BMI has been in the 'healthy' range lol. I don't think id be very healthy looking much below 190. I will probably shoot for 185 for cross season to see how it helps me racing this year, with expectations of settling just sub 200 for a maintenance weight, but only time will tell

Here is me at about 220, i can already feel the difference on some climbs... must be the new CF bike i got this year... it IS sub 20# afterall HAHA

Well, I have been under the DEUCE for over a week now... Mother's day lunch wasn't so good, but got out for a ride to try to offset it... Bring on the CX season!!!

still under the 2XX mark!!! Looking forward to the rest of the cycling season without lugging around an extra 25#. Even got my 15 mile TT down over 2 minutes (from 41xx to under 39 min at 23mph). Now to reward myself with a new bike this year... TT or CX bike??? hmmmm

My wife and I, almost 35# combined!!! (she was never an athena however)
