Looking for large sized fashionable slightly stretchy pants

I hate riding in jeans. Without going into details, riding my bike in non-stretchy clothing becomes an emasculating experience. But I also live in a fairly trendy city (SF). So far the solution has been to carry jeans and put them on over bike shorts once I've gotten to where I'm going. But stripping down to spandex bike shorts on the street after dinner is a bit... weird.

I'm looking for something like this:

http://raceface.com/apparel/for-him/...quarter-short/

or this:

http://www.chromebagsstore.com/appar...o-knicker.html

But in sizes up to a 48" waist.

Any thoughts? Anyone do custom work?

Out fishing with Annie on his lap, a cigar in one hand and a ginger ale in the other, watching the sunset.
