being good consistently, not perfect in food choice
Even though I intellectually know this, I am finding watching my food intake more formally (using WW online) is really making me aware of my choices.
In the past I would think or this little splurge won't matter, but it does.
Case in point:
Didn't bring lunch today, which is more desirable because I know exactly what is in there. But didn't beat my self over this.....good not perfect.
Off to cafeteria: choice is Chicken Bacon Ranch dressing wrap or Chinese Chicken wrap. Almost grabbed the bacon ranch...but then did a quick analyze of what is int it: Bacon, Ranch dressing vs the other: oriental dressing
So Chinese Chicken it was. It hit me that this is what I have to 90% of the time or more, if I want to lose the weight, while still not getting stessed if I have a once or twice a week splurge (within reasons of course....a quart of ben and Jerry's is not a spluge
