    I had a good week eating and exercise wise, but I know I didn't drink as much water as I should have. I'm still trying to force myself to drink lots of water so my body has probably retained some last week.

    I currently weigh on Fridays. I am not consistent on what day of the week I weigh in and often miss weeks.
    All time high: 158 in December 2010
    March 30: 143.5 First weigh in since the 158 reading. Was in Texas for the winter and I did not weigh myself, just counted the calories.
    April 6: 140
    April 13: 139
    April 20: 137
    April 27: 137
    May 3: 136.5
    May 9: 135
    On trip, no weighing until June
    June 3: 131
    June 10: 130
    June 17: 129.5

    Goal, four pounds a month. (A hair less than a pound a week)

    I'm new to this thread! I tried on a wetsuit for the first time this weekend. It was, shall we say, a moment of truth. I have my first triathlon in 7 weeks so my goal is to get smaller by then. I imagine some of it will be muscle building, but I have a lot of fat to lose too!

    June 20th - 269.00

    Goal this week is to swim twice, bike twice, and jog twice - for at least an hour for each!
    Also, no soda this week. I have GOT to break away from it once and for all!

    My whole life has been in an uproar the past month. Between training for and participating in the TdC, and the 5K that preceded it by a week, and my wife (and primary chef) being out of town for a week and a half of that time, and houseguests in for 2 weekends, and more than the usual amount of stress at work (which I respond to in the worst way - eating), I'm lucky I've stayed at the same weight for 5 or 6 weeks now.

    I'd also followed up all the physical activity with a period of relative inactivity, which hasn't helped either. The people at the gym don't remember me.

    But things are settling down now, and it's time to regain focus and get back on a regular schedule.

    When I started this whole thing this year, this is the weight I was aiming for since it seemed so far away, however I ain't stopping here. Time to aim for 200-ish!! Big turning point coming up since we are going vacation next week. In the past my weight loss always seemed to stop during vacation and I would abondon all the wieght loss habits upon returning. This time that ain't happening. Feeling way too good to go back where I was. I will be a good boy on vaca. However, I won't be weighing in next week, no inet where I am going which is a good thing, see y'all on the 5th! Happy Independence day!!

    June 24: 128.5. Still on track despite a couple of big eating days. But I also got quite a bit of exercise this week. Goal for next week another pound.
