Unlike last time, I'm going to lay an additional week, hypothesis being that I had not fully recovered before I got back in to riding and running and as such, got sick again. At least the weather's nice, no?

03/02/2011 = 430.0 Bought a scale and weighed myself for the first time in over 6 years.

I definitely have the wrong trend going on. Not really sure why I gained this week. I rode a lot, walked/jogged more last week than I ever have. I didn't eat anything bad and I drank plenty water. I'm hoping it's muscle mass gained.
My mind is boggled, but all I can do is keep at it.

Finally back to April! Been so hot but drinking lots of water and juice and marching on. Oh and where is everyone? Really miss the regulars that keeps me motivated. Guess the posters get real busy in the summer months.

I started losing on Monday, October 18th of last year when I joined Weight Watchers along with my wife with a starting weight of 396.8. I've been "on plan" since then and have lost 109.2 lbs as of tonight. This fits right in with my program anyway as Monday is my official weigh in day with WW.
So, my starting weight is 287.6 lbs.
About me:
