07/11 = 210.0 lbs Things are looking better – got the illness sorted out (turns out it was bad allergies) and got most of the move taken care of. The challenge will be keeping up with the miles as my commute now is mass-transit based, with only a little bit of cycling, which means I'll have to hit that harder on my days off.

Last Monday, 127. Weighed on the home scale, first thing in the morning. Today at the doctor's office on a different scale and later in the day, 126.5. I am very happy with that as I was suspicious that my 127 weight was a dehydrated weight.

However, my BP is still up. Dang.
