Quick release skewer

Does anyone make like a heavy duty quick release skewer that wont bent as easily and help strengthen the rear axle?

Never had the need for a "heavy duty QR skewer". Try your local hardware store. Take your wheel with you and have a bolt & nut fitted to it? If you want to keep it QR then get a wingnut.

No. The skewer contributes nothing to the strength of the axle. The axle is a tube under bending stress, and the center of such a tube adds essentially nothing to its strength.

If you tell us what your actual problems are (like, what kind of hub you have, and what's the load on it) you might get a useful answer.
