Due to schedule and such, only able to get a 10K in (Race Through the Redwoods) and no hiking; happy with the riding mileage, though. This week is back to focusing on the proper eating plan and getting some more hiking and running in.

    Last week was a weird week. Two weeks ago I was at 120.6. Then I jumped up to 121.4 a week later. Now four days later I am 119. Ordinarily I average 1200 calories a day. Currently averaging 1300 a day, partly because of traveling "errors" and partly because I have been so damn hungry and partly because I have been exercising more lately.

    Anyway, 119 today. I'll be happy if I am at that weight next Monday. Delighted if it is 118. I've got nine pounds to get to my 110 goal. Thirty-nine pounds lost so far. I am looking forward to see the weight loss hit 40 pounds. It will be a 25% loss in body weight for me.

    I need to kick myself back on the diet plan. I finally gave in to my taco craving and its been down hill since. I was 219 this morning.
